We want you to love your hydration experience, so if you are not completely satisfied with your Waterdrop purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.

Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our distribution center.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
